• Weekly lets: There are four price brackets through the year: mainly LOW, MEDIUM and HIGH SEASON (£800, £1200, £1500 respectively) and a special rate for events (price on application).
• Seasons: 

Payment:  A 30% Non-refundable deposit will secure your booking until 6 weeks prior to your arrival when the total balance will be payable together with the damage deposit.  Please contact us on the form on the Contact Information section of this site to arrange  payment and booking dates.

Terms and Conditions: Use of Sandmill House is at the sole risk of the person booking the holiday and no liability will be accepted for any loss/damage of property including car(s) or injury to the people on holiday in Sandmill House. If for any unforeseen event (hasn't happened yet!) we cannot provide Sandmill House then a full refund of all monies paid will be made, no further claim/damages will be accepted. If we find any conduct damaging to Sandmill House we reserve the right to ask for the immediate departure of the people involved. Sandmill House is a non smoking property and we regret that we do not accommodate dogs with the exception of Guide Dogs. Please make sure all the members of your party understand these conditions.
