- Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 3.00pm. If an earlier check-in is required please make clear when booking or contact us. Check-out is by 11.am, again if extra time is required arrangements can be made for luggage storage, please stipulate when booking or contact us.
- Where possible short breaks of a minimum of three nights are available, excluding Christmas, Hogmanay (New Year) and Easter. During high season where there is availability every effort will be made to accommodate last minute requests.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking. Reservations will not be confirmed until a deposit has been received. The outstanding balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- A damage deposit of £250.00 is required when paying the balance and is fully refundable where possible. Our insurance company requires us to hold this for the duration of your stay.
- All prices are in Pounds GB Sterling and are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. · Please ensure you have insurance for holiday cancellations as payment is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the apartment, which we will try to do.
- Please note that Sandmill House is a non-smoking property and as such, for the safety and comfort of all guests, we ask that the strict no smoking rule be adhered to.
- Please note that pets are not allowed in the property.
- The apartment occupies the first and second floors of the building so has stairs which make the property unsuitable for wheel chair access. If you have any further queries please contact us. You will automatically receive a full list of terms and conditions when you initiate a booking.
